About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Computer & Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing repairs, and efficiently handling service requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in laptop/computer hardware & software repair
  • Ability to diagnose and fix hardware faults (screen, motherboard, battery, keyboard, etc.)
  • Comfortable with OS installation, troubleshooting, and software issues
  • Ability to handle service requests efficiently and maintain repair records

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Sales Executive – Lead Conversion ▾

📍 Noida (Sector 4 preferred)  |  🕐 From Office, 10 AM – 7 PM

About the Role

EazyPC is looking for a sharp, target-driven Sales Executive to convert inbound leads from our website (eazypc.in) into paying customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in buying refurbished laptops — understanding their needs, recommending the right device, and closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to leads generated via website, calls, WhatsApp, and chat
  • Understand customer requirements (budget, use-case, specs) and recommend suitable laptops
  • Follow up consistently with warm/cold leads to drive conversions
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM/Excel
  • Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team post-sale
  • Handle basic objections around refurbished product quality, warranty, and pricing

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/tele-sales (e-commerce, electronics, or B2C preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Comfortable with high call/chat volume and CRM tools
  • Basic understanding of laptop specifications is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, good with follow-ups
