1. Warranty Coverage

What your warranty covers:
- Hardware failures arising within 6 months of purchase
- Defects in components (motherboard, RAM, storage, display, keyboard, ports)
- All laptops inspected and tested by our team before dispatch
- Brands covered: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple MacBook & more
- Doorstep coverage included. We will bear the courier charges within warranty period
 What is NOT Covered Under Warranty
 ✗ Physical / Liquid damage (cracks, broken screen, bent body)/ (water, spills, moisture)
 ✗ Damage due to misuse, negligence or unauthorized repairs, accidents
 ✗ Normal wear and tear on consumable parts

2. How to Raise a Warranty Claim
Claiming warranty is simple — just follow these 3 steps:

Any repair outside of warranty is chargeable at actual cost. You will have to courier the system to office at your own cost. |
3. Exchange & Replacement Policy
Exchange Window | Within 7 days of receiving the product |
Who Can Exchange? | Customers who received a wrong or defective product |
Replacement Time | 3–5 working days after exchange is approved |
Max Exchange Window | Up to 30 days from shipment receipt (defective cases) |

Steps to request an exchange:

- If the same model is unavailable, we will offer the best available alternative
- Replacement dispatched within 3–5 working days of approval
4. Order Cancellation Policy
 Orders can be cancelled BEFORE dispatch — free of charge! |
 Once the order is dispatched/shipped, cancellation is not possible. |

IMPORTANT: Unboxing Video Requirement
Always record a clear video while opening your package. For any damaged, missing, or incorrect item complaint, this video is mandatory. No complaint can be processed without it.
 When is return not allowed? |
To protect us against fraud, we only process refund / return if the unit is damaged / faulty. And not if you do not like the model. For a good experience, we share the photo and video of the laptop before dispatch so that you can verify that the unit is scratch less and ask questions if any. Please note: If a return is requested for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind or personal preference), ₹1,000 will be deducted from the refund as a handling charge covering return courier, payment processing, |
